We are pleased to announce that, effective April 1, 2025, HIDEO Corporation has been established through a corporate spin-off from JAXSON Corporation. Under this new structure, the HIDEO and JAXSON brands will now operate independently, each focusing on its respective market segment.

Going forward, HIDEO Corporation will be responsible for the development and sales of the HIDEO brand. While JAXSON Corporation will serve as our exclusive distributor in the Japanese market, HIDEO will focus on expanding into global markets.

Meanwhile, JAXSON Corporation will continue to promote the JAXSON brand primarily in Japan and across Asia, as it has done to date.

Both brands will remain closely connected under the creative direction of Hideo Shimizu, founder of JAXSON. Together, we will continue to deliver bathtubs that embody exquisite design and unparalleled comfort as luxury interior elements.
