On February 6, 2025, designer Hideo Shimizu attended the German Design Award 2026 ceremony held at Forum Messe Frankfurt in Germany.
At the ceremony, IN-2000-E / Infinity-Bio received the Winner award in the Excellent Product Design – Bath & Wellness category of the German Design Award 2026.
With this latest recognition, HIDEO has now been honored by the German Design Award for four consecutive years, bringing the total number of awarded models to eight.

We are truly pleased that HIDEO’s fusion of Japanese bathing culture and innovative design has been so highly valued and recognized on the global design stage.
HIDEO will continue to pursue creations that bring quiet comfort and lasting wellbeing to both body and mind.
